Exhibitors
We're injecting additional fun and vitality into the event with our Roaring 20's theme: "Puttin' on the Ritz". Use your boundless imagination - decorate your booth and come in period costumes. Trophies and promotions for "Best Booth" and "Best Costume" contests.
Prepare a company raffle, or include a game in your exhibit. To drive even more traffic your way, we have organized a special "game" for attendees encouraging them to visit every booth.

Once your Booth Registration and/or Sponsorship Request Form has been processed, you will be invoiced and given instructions on how to pay by PayPal online or by check. PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 22, 2011, TO SECURE YOUR BOOTH and/or SPONSORSHIP. NO CANCELLATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.

Each year during the Trade Show we plan a special Educational Event designed to give association board members, homeowners and condominium owners the opportunity to pique their knowledge of responsible community governance.
This year we’ve enlarged our agenda to include both a lecture on the new laws affecting Texas associations, and a series of “Ask-the-Expert Roundtables” where you have the opportunity to ask our experts about those issues keeping you awake at night

Trade Show sponsorship is THE way to get out ahead of the crowd while at the same time supporting your CAI Austin chapter. Sponsors are acknowledged at our luncheons, identified in our magazine, listed on the event website and advertised with signage at the event.
There are a total of 18 sponsorships in a range of affordable prices to choose from. But don't wait too long as sponsorships sell out well ahead of the event.
