One at a time in the appropriate table below, select your Booth preference, services desired, and whether or not you are paying for a Sponsorship . You may also pay for your Event Program Advertisement and/or your Award Banquet Tickets at the same time. With each selection, click the "Add to Cart" button, and you will be taken to the secure CAI Shopping Cart at PayPal. To add the next item, select "Continue Shopping" and you will be brought back to this webpage. Select another item, and "Add to Cart". When you have completed all selections, you can then "Proceed to Checkout".
Once your transaction is completed you will be returned to the 2017 Conference & Expo website.
PLEASE NOTE: Your Booth and/or Sponsorship payment must be received no later than July 10, 2017, to secure your booth and/or sponsorship registration. No cancellations or refunds will be permitted after that date.
