SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

A sponsorship at CAI Austin's Conference & Expo is THE way to get out ahead of the crowd and be recognized. Sponsors are acknowledged at our luncheons, featured on event flyers and mailings, identified in our magazine, listed on the event website and advertised with signage at the event. There are 23 sponsorships to choose from in a range of affordable prices, and are available to CAI members only. But don't wait too long as sponsorships sell out well ahead of the event.

Sponsorship Details – Sponsorships are for CAI members only
You must be a member of at least one CAI chapter to sponsor this event. Prices shown are for CAI Austin chapter members; non-CAI Austin members need to add $2501. All sponsors will recieve:

  • Full mention in all Conference & Expo promotions.
  • Have their company logo displayed on this website with a link to their company’s website.
  • Be acknowledged at all chapter luncheons prior to the event.
  • Company name/logo displayed on the registration kiosks and event welcome signs.
  • Also have prominent signage at the Conference & Expo.

1If within 30 days after the event you join CAI Austin, we will refund this difference in price which nearly pays the fee for adding CAI Austin to your list of chapters!

 

"SEARCHLIGHT" $3000
Event Title Sponsorship

  • Free First Class high-traffic corner booth inside the Main Exhibit Hall.
  • A “table-top booth setting” (table, linens and two chairs will be set up for you, just outside the Awards Banquet door. 
  • Free “dressing room”, complete with bathroom and a wall of mirrors.  You may utilize as an exclusive lounge area for your company representatives and a storage area for extra promotional boxes/containers.  For liability purposes, this room may only be used by “exhibitors” – event attendee’s will not be allowed back to this area.
  • Company name/logo displayed on both of the Palmer Event Center outdoor marquis signs (Barton Springs Road and S. 1st Street), in relation to the promotion of this event.
  • Free full-page ad inside front cover of the printed Event Program.
  • Four tickets to the Awards Banquet
  • 3-Minute company promotion during the Awards Banquet luncheon.
  • Company name/logo displayed on both of the registration kiosks as the Title Sponsor. 
  • Your company name/logo displayed as "SEARCHLIGHT" Title Event Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your company’s homepage.

Event Photographer Sponsorship

  • You will be sponsoring our wandering photographer capturing candid event photos and videos, each imprinted with your company logo.
  • Several times during the event, photos will be uploaded to the cloud for members to share on social media giving your logo even more exposure.
  • After the event, a gallery of all photos and videos with your logo will be linked from our chapter website.
  • Your company name/logo displayed as “Jimmy Olsen Cub Reporter” Event Photographer Sponsor in the printed Awards Program.

"SPOTLIGHT"

Awards Banquet Presentation Sponsorship
  • You will have the honor of presenting award recipients with their award on stage during the Awards Banquet.
  • Your company name/logo displayed as the “Spotlight” Award Presenter Sponsor on the event website, with a link to your homepage.
  • Your company name/logo displayed as “Spotlight” Award Presenter Sponsor in the printed Awards Program.

"THE FORTRESS" $750
Lecture Room #1 Sponsorship
  • You are championing one of only two lecture rooms and will have prominent signage with company name/logo at your classroom.
  • A “table-top booth setting” will be set up for you, just outside the classroom door. (Table, linens, and two chairs). This is an opportunity for a more private booth location, away from the downstairs Exhibit Hall. Comes with an extraordinary view of downtown and will be travelled by the select audience of association managers and community association leaders.
  • Lecture scheduled for this room. Seating capacity is approximately 50 seated comfortably at round tables. See the Conference Lecture Series page (coming soon) for the list of lectures for this room.
  • You will be allowed to greet the lecture attendees, present a two-minute promotion of your company and introduce the speaker at the beginning of each lecture.
  • You are permitted to pass out pens/notepads/notebooks/journals with company logo to attendees. Your company name/logo displayed as "THE FORTRESS" Education Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.

"PARADISE ISLAND" $750
Lecture Room #2 Sponsorship

  • You are championing one of only two lecture rooms and will have prominent signage with company name/logo at your classroom.
  • A “table-top booth setting” will be set up for you, just outside the classroom door. (Table, linens, and two chairs). This is an opportunity for a more private booth location, away from the downstairs Exhibit Hall.   • 150 multi-purpose bags for each sponsor with your company name/logo will be passed out at registration.
  • Sponsors are permitted to stuff their 150 bags with exclusive promotional give-away items or marketing material prior to the event.
  • Your company name/logo displayed as "CAPED CRUSADERS" Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.
  • Any excess bags will be given back to sponsor for use at other events.

  • Each bar sponsorship NOW INCLUDES A $625 CORNER BOOTH* Next to the bare area.
  • Each company will be sponsoring one of the two bars in the Main Exhibit Hall.
  • Bars will be moved into the Mixer Area, following the Expo.
  • Each Sponsor will receive prominent signage with company name/logo, displayed at the event next to your bar location.
  • Cocktail napkins will be imprinted with your company logo for your bar location.
  • Your company name/logo displayed as the "KRYPTONITE" Beverage Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.
*However, the Beverage Sponsor may not be either a landscaping company or an insurance company as these businesses already have booths nearby.

"LOIS LANE PRESS PASS" $500
Name Badge & Lanyard Sponsorship

  • Company name/logo will be printed on the lanyard which will be provided with name badge at the time of registration.
  • Palmer Events Center Security guards will be checking to make sure that all attendees have their name badge clipped on or being displayed via the lanyard.
  • Your company name and logo displayed as "LOIS LANE PRESS PASS" Lanyard Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.

"THE DAILY PLANET" $500
Awards Banquet Printed Programs Sponsorship

  • Company name/logo identified on front cover of the printed Awards Banquet Program.
  • Company name/logo displayed as “THE DAILY PLANET” Awards Banquet Printed Program Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.

"BAT CAVE" $500
Garage Parking Sponsorship

  • Your company logo (and booth number if you are also an exhibitor) printed on each parking voucher given to all event attendees.
  • If you are also an exhibitor, you may include a promotional offering on the parking voucher to drive traffic to your booth.
  • Signage with your company logo positioned at the entrance to the parking garage.
  • Your company name/logo displayed as the “BAT CAVE” Parking Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.

"BLAST-OFF" $500
Event Promotions Sponsorship

  • Table centerpieces used for four luncheon promotions, and later for the Social Hour on August 10th will have your company logo imprinted.
  • Purchase red capes for our volunteers.
  • Purchase life-size cardboard cutouts of famous superheroes.
  • Your company name/logo displayed as the “BLAST-OFF” Promotions Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.

"MIGHTY MOUSE" $500
Music Sponsorship

  • Sponsor of Music/ Entertainment during the after-event CAI Social Mixer with prominent signage placed near the stage area.
  • Will be attended by the select audience of association managers, community association volunteers and exhibitors.
  • Company name/logo displayed as "MIGHTY MOUSE" Music Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.

"THE JOKER" $450
Door Prizes Sponsorship

  • Drawing to be held during the after-event “CAI Social Mixer”, where all can enjoy a time of mingling with all of the chapter members over drinks and appetizers.
  • All cash door prizes will be presented to winners in custom-made envelopes, with your company names/logos, and business cards (your business cards to be supplied to committee). Company representatives permitted to present the raffle prizes to winners. (*Excludes any additional raffle prizes provided by other sponsors and exhibitors.)
  • Your company name/logo displayed as the “THE JOKER” Door Prizes Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.

"ADVENTURE QUEST" $450
Scavenger Hunt Sponsorship

  • You are sponsoring an award for attendees to travel their way around the exhibit hall in search of clues at various locations throughout the Expo.
  • Company representative permitted to present award to the “ADVENTURE QUEST" winner.
  • Award to be presented during the after-event “CAI Social Mixer.
  • Company name/logo displayed as the "ADVENTURE QUEST" Scavenger Hunt Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.

"THE RIDDLER" $450
ASK ME Game Sponsorship

  • You are sponsoring an award for attendees to seek answers to questions posed by participating exhibitors, and have their “Riddler” card marked as they go throughout the Expo.
  • Company logo will be printed on each card.
  • Sponsoring company representative permitted to present award to “Riddler” winner during the after-event CAI Social Mixer.
  • Company name/logo displayed as "THE RIDDLER" on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.

"SKYLINE" $400
Awards Banquet Centerpiece Sponsorship

  • You will have prominent signage with company name/logo amongst the center pieces at the Awards Banquet.
  • Centerpieces will be handed out at the end of the event for attendees to take home.
  • Company name/logo displayed as the “SKYLINE” Centerpiece Sponsor on the CAI website, with a link to your homepage.
